About This Project
This was my first Next.js project and a significant milestone in my development journey. Plan Pixel is a comprehensive task management platform that enables teams to collaborate effectively on projects. Users can create teams/projects, add team members, assign tasks with priorities and deadlines, schedule meetings, and track progress through an intuitive Kanban-style board. The platform also offers premium features for enhanced functionality and collects user feedback to continuously improve the experience. This project was particularly valuable as it was my first experience with team collaboration in development. I also began designing in Figma for this project, creating wireframes and UI components that were well-received by the team.
Challenges
Learning Next.js from scratch while implementing complex features like real-time collaboration and user authentication was challenging. I also had to coordinate with team members and integrate their contributions, which required developing strong communication skills and version control practices.

Frontend development with Next.js, UI/UX design in Figma, implementing authentication and authorization, creating the task management system, building the meeting scheduler, and developing the admin dashboard for monitoring user feedback and system metrics.
