Flutter and mobile app developer — Sabbir Mohammad Sami, Dhaka, Bangladesh
( Services — Mobile app development )
Sabbir Mohammad Sami — full-stack web & app developer in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Working with clients across Bangladesh and remotely with companies in Germany.
Does Sami build mobile apps with Flutter?
Yes. Sami builds cross-platform apps in Flutter and Dart that run on Android, iOS, the web and the desktop from one codebase. Sompi, Sami’s own money tracker, keeps every account and transaction encrypted on the device, with Riverpod for state and SQLite for storage.
Flutter compiles one Dart codebase to Android, iOS, the web and the desktop, so a single app ships everywhere without separate teams per platform. Sompi was built that way: accounts, daily transactions, history, reports and plans, local-first and encrypted on the device.
The same full-stack background covers what an app needs behind it — a Node.js or Express API, Firebase, authentication and payments — so the app and its back end come from one developer.
( What it covers )
Android and iOS from one codebase
One Flutter app for both stores, with the same screens and logic.
Web and desktop builds
The same app compiled for the browser and for desktop, as Sompi is.
Local-first data
Apps that work offline, with SQLite on the device and nothing lost without a connection.
Privacy by design
On-device encryption, so personal data stays on the phone.
The back end too
APIs in Node.js and Express, or Firebase, built alongside the app.

Sompi — Local-first Money Tracker
Sompi is my own money tracker: accounts, daily transactions, history, reports and plans on Android, iOS, the web and the desktop, with everything kept encrypted on the device.
( Stack )
Flutter · Dart · Riverpod · SQLite · Firebase · Node.js · Express
( Questions )
Can one Flutter app run on both Android and iOS?
Yes. Flutter builds Android and iOS apps — and web and desktop versions — from one Dart codebase. Sompi runs on all four from the same code, so a change ships everywhere at once.
Can a Flutter app work offline?
Yes. Sompi is local-first: its data lives in an encrypted SQLite store on the device, so the app works without a connection and personal finance data never has to leave the phone.
Does Sami build the app’s backend as well?
Yes. Sami is a full-stack developer, so the API, database, authentication and payments behind an app — in Node.js, Express or Firebase — can come from the same developer as the app itself.
