AI developer — products and automation — Sabbir Mohammad Sami, Dhaka, Bangladesh

( Services — AI product development )

Sabbir Mohammad Sami — full-stack web & app developer in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Working with clients across Bangladesh and remotely with companies in Germany.

Can Sami build AI features and automation?

Yes. At Susko GmbH Sami builds AI SaaS on the OpenAI API: Kocial writes captions, generates images and publishes to Facebook and Instagram, and ReviewSync answers Google reviews in a business’s own voice. Sami also builds n8n workflows that take manual steps out of business processes.

Kocial is an AI social media platform for agencies and local businesses: planning, AI captions and images, client approval, one inbox for comments and DMs, Meta Ads and publishing to Facebook and Instagram. ReviewSync collects every Google review across a business’s locations and drafts each reply in the business’s own voice.

Around the products sit the automations: n8n workflows, webhooks and API integrations — including WhatsApp-based content creation — that move work from people to systems without losing the human check where it matters.

( What it covers )

AI inside real products

Content, caption and image generation wired into the product’s own workflow, not a chat box beside it.

AI replies and review management

Drafted answers in a brand’s voice, with a person approving before anything is published.

Automation with n8n

Workflows, webhooks and integrations that take repetitive steps out of business processes.

Messaging flows

WhatsApp-based content creation and scheduling for teams on the move.

  • ReviewSync — AI Review Management Platform

ReviewSync, Susko's AI review management platform: businesses see every Google review across their locations, and each one is answered in the business's own voice.

( Stack )

OpenAI API · n8n · Next.js · Express · Node.js · Python · Redis

( Questions )

What AI features can be added to an existing product?

Common ones are generated text and images, drafted replies to reviews or messages, summaries, and classification of incoming data. In Kocial and ReviewSync these run inside the product’s workflow, with a person approving the output before it goes live.

What is n8n used for?

n8n is a workflow automation tool: it connects apps, APIs and AI models with triggers and steps, so routine work — moving data, sending messages, generating content — runs on its own. Sami builds n8n workflows at Susko GmbH.

Which AI models does Sami work with?

The production AI features Sami has built run on the OpenAI API. Sami also writes about running open models locally with Ollama and about free AI image-generation APIs on this site’s blog.

I’m a full-stack developer from Dhaka who cares about the part people actually touch — unusual layouts, careful CSS, motion that means something — and about the code underneath being just as clean.

( Story )

I grew up in Dhaka and studied arts and humanities at Kabi Nazrul Government College. Alongside my studies I joined a web development course, and that is where the real growth started — surprise. Alongside work, I am now in my third year of Honours in Economics at National University.

My first website was a tourism site about the place I most wanted to visit. I built it in class 10.

Today I build AI products, automation and client platforms at Susko GmbH, after two years of shipping inventory, accounting and client sites at BAITS. What I am after has not changed: interfaces that look good and back-ends that run smoothly, from the same pair of hands.

Honest, down to earth, and fond of hard work. My inbox is always open — for a project, or just to say hi.
