( Brief )
Dr. Md. Kurban Ali Rony is a dermatology and venereology specialist who sees patients at three chambers in Naogaon and Dhaka. Every serial used to be booked by phone, and the day's list lived on paper at the desk. I designed and built his website, an online serial booking flow, and the dashboard the chamber now runs every day.
( Approach )
The site is Bangla-first, with English beside it: every page, form and dashboard screen is written and laid out in both scripts. A patient picks a chamber, can only choose that chamber's own days, and gets a serial number and a token code at once, with the token emailed if they want it. I gave the brand a calm forest-and-mint system with hairline frames and a roman-plus-italic heading, and used the same system at a quieter volume for the dashboard.
The dashboard is built around today's queue. The assistant confirms each serial by phone, marks the patient as arrived, takes the fee (new or returning; cash, bKash or Nagad) and sends them in; the doctor marks the visit done. Around it sit desk bookings for phone and walk-in patients, chamber schedules and daily limits, accounts by day, chamber, method and staff member, patient messages, health-tip posts, staff accounts with admin and assistant roles, and the doctor's profile, which the public site reads from.

( Challenge )
Bangla runs taller and longer than English, so every layout had to hold both scripts without breaking, and dates, numbers and taka amounts had to read naturally in Bangla digits. The token is drawn on the server as an image, which meant shaping the Bangla text with HarfBuzz and rendering it with resvg rather than relying on a browser. The queue also had to stay fast and readable on a phone at a busy chamber, so each serial shows its state in colour and in words, with the next action beside it.
( Responsibilities )
Brand and UI system, the bilingual public website, the online serial booking flow, the REST API with Express and MongoDB, authentication and roles, the token image and email, and the chamber dashboard, from first sketch to deployment.
